This group run is aimed at those who are new to running, getting back into it or just starting to build up their distance. This group will always have at least one volunteer to act as a lead. We hope to also have a tail walker each week but this is dependent on volunteers. We want to make this group as inclusive, friendly and supportive as possible so please, spread the word and just give it a try. We bet that you’ll be surprised how well you do and how undaunting it actually is!

Route Details: A very gentle climb up the serene Waterworks Valley. All downhill on the way back! Usually very lightly trafficked on a Sunday.
