We suggest that runners bring the following with them: running shoes, charged mobile phone with What3Words app, nutrition & hydration as required and weather-appropriate clothing.We do not mark the route but if you are concerned about getting lost, we suggest downloading or familiarising yourself with the Strava route in the course description below. If you are unsure about any of the above, drop us a message or speak to us in store.

Route: Fitness First – Harve des Pas – St Clements Golf Course – Grouville Arsenal – La Hougue Bie (Out & Back)

Route Details: A lovely, mostly flat route on footpaths and low-trafficked country lanes. Plenty of green fields to marvel at. Only one hill heading up towards Grouville Arsenal.
Toilet Situation: Public toilets by La Frigate, La Folie Pub, Good Egg & Dicq Slip

Post-run recaffeination: Open to suggestions (Rigatoni, Coopers, etc)
