This Saturday marks International Trails Day, a celebration of both outdoor enthusiasts and the areas of nature we hold dear. Rock n Road Runners will honour this day by inviting all trail users to join us for a group run around the dunes, tracks and footpaths of St Brelades and St Ouens, finishing with a well earned brekkie at Off the Rails. Feel free to invite anyone you know who shares this love and passion for our beautiful local landscape. This is a great opportunity to unite not only other run clubs but also other trail users, whether they be hikers, bikers, or horseback riders. This is a fully supported run with a lead runner,a tail walker and plenty of other RNRR volunteers ensuring that no one will be left behind.
We run for a maximum of 90mins on an ‘Out & Back’ course but totally feel free to run for any length of time. The group is open to runners of all experience levels as we all belong on the trails, but if you’re unsure, feel free to ask for more details in store.
We do ask that runners bring the following with them: trail shoes, charged mobile phone with What3Words app, nutrition & hydration, weather-appropriate clothing.
Happy trails
