Rock n Road Runners is Jersey’s newest, super inclusive and sociable run club. RNRR firmly believe that if you run, you are a runner, and their main aim is to bring together runners from all walks of life and levels of experience. The club is managed by runners, for runners, and is therefore fully autonomous from the shop. Whether you’re after some friendly pals to run with, structured training sessions or off-island adventure opportunities, this might be the club for you. Membership costs £75 per year and includes:
– RNRR branded running tee
– 10% off in store at Rock n Road Run Co
– free access to RNR coached Thursday night intervals (usually £5 per session)
– access to RNRR private Facebook and Whatsapp groups
– invites to various RNR events

Our social Saturday trail run starts from a different spot each week at 8am and take in the less-trodden off-road routes in Jersey. More of an adventure than a group run, they follow an out and back route so you can run at your own pace, however far you like, for up to 90 mins. We usually finish with coffee and a natter at a local cafe after. Just keep an eye on our social channels or the Events section on the website for details of the next run.
Whatever your goals are, to get the most out of your running, a little quality in your plan can go a long way. Join us for a group interval session at 6pm by the Freedom Tree. Each session is lead by a qualified run coach and encompasses a thorough warm up (including dynamic stretching, drills and strides to work on run technique) and main set which is tailored to your specific paces.
