Delivery & Returns

All in-stock orders will be dispatched from our Jersey shop within 24 hours of payment. Using Jersey Post and Royal Mail services; deliveries will take up to 3 days.

You may return, undamaged items with undamaged packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

You should expect to receive your refund within two days of your package being returned to Rock n Road. We will refund the PayPal account or Credit Card that was used for the purchase. It usually takes 5-10 days for the refund to show on credit card statements.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

If you checked ourt as a guest, please email us or use the contact form. Please quote the order number that we emailed you and is also on the printed invoice included with the order.
