Festival of the Mile – FB Fields

Join us this Sunday for our ‘Festival of the Mile’, a fun and inclusive running (and beer chugging) event for the entire family.  There’s lots of fun races to choose from for kids and adults. All taking place on the track at FB Fields (Jersey) on Sunday 20th July, raising money for Jersey Heart Support Group.

The Festival of the Mile event is aimed at every type of runner, it has been designed to be fun and have a festival vibe. We want to welcome runners (solo and teams) of all abilities to take on a series of mile long running (and drinking) challenges! Fancy dress encouraged.

Challenges include..

• The Junior Mile (6-15)
• Family Mile (2 kids, 2 adults)
• The Fastest Mile (16+)
• The Handicap Mile: 1 Mile levelled out based on your time on ‘The Mile’
• The Beer Mile: 4 x 400m with a beer needing to be chugged before every lap. A true test of endurance! Alcohol-free and Gluten Free beer available. Solo and/or team options (18+)
• Mascot 400
